Bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Jedná se o samostatně stojící rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu s dvěma dětmi. Součástí domu je garáž s parkováním pro jeden osobní automobil a dvě parkovací místa před domem. K domu patří také zahrada. Z konstrukčního hlediska je svislý nosný systém proveden z broušených cihelných b l o k ů t y p u T H E R M s THERM s. Stropy jsou t v o ř e n y z polomontovaného keramického stropu typu THERM. Střecha nad garáží je udělaná jako vegetační a nad objektem je plochá střecha s klasickým pořadím vrstev. The bachelor's thesis deals with the development of project documentation for the construction. It is a detached family house for a family of four with two children. The house includes a garage with parking for one car and two parking spaces in front of the house. The house also has a garden. From a structural point of view, the vertical load-bearing system is made of ground brick blocks of the THERM type with mineral insulation. The ceilings are made of semi-assembled ceramic ceiling of the THERM type. The roof above the garage is made as a vegetation roof and above the building there is a flat roof with a classic order of layers.
