Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení návrhu rozvoje společnosti a analýzu jejího hospodaření za využití ekonomických kritérií. Úvodní část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům vztahujícím se k tématu rozvoje podniku. Obsahuje strategii podniku, jeho plánovaní, investiční projekt, jeho zdroje financování, plánování peněžních toků a hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu. V analytické části je představena společnost, která plánuje projekt a je zde zhodnocena její finanční situace. Poslední část je věnována představení projektu a jeho plánovaným příjmům a výdajům. Závěrečné podkapitoly se zabývají zhodnocením investičního cash flow a doporučení k realizaci či nikoliv. The diploma thesis is focused on the assessment of the company's development proposal and the analysis of its management using of economic criteria. The introductory part is devoted to theoretical knowledge related to the topic of business development. It contains the strategy of the company, its planning, the investment project, its sources of financing, cash flow planning and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project. In the analytical part, the company that plans the project is presented and its financial situation is evaluated. The last part is devoted to the presentation of the project and its planned income and expenses. The last subsections deal with the evaluation of investment cash flow and recommendations for implementation or not.
