This master's thesis deals with the measurement and compensation of angular errors in industrial robots. The first part provides an analysis of the current state of the art and a system analysis of the addressed issue. In the practical part, a series of experiments was conducted focusing on the measurement and compensation of angular errors on a six-axis industrial robot, KUKA KR 16-2. The measurements were primarily performed by statically recording deviations at points distributed within the robot's workspace along a linear trajectory, in a plane, and within a cubic space. Wyler electronic levels were utilized, specifically the ZEROTRONIC sensors. Compensations were implemented using offsets for individual positions within the robot program. The obtained results are analyzed and evaluated in detail. The conducted experiments proved the effectiveness of the chosen compensation method. Through the applied corrections, the angular errors were successfully reduced below the threshold of 0.01°, down from original values reaching the order of tenths of a degree.
