Práce je zaměřena na zjištění motivace zaměstnanců ve zvolené společnosti, analýzu důležitosti jednotlivých motivačních prostředků. Analýza je provedena na základě informace, získané z anonymního dotazníkového šetření, osobních rozhovorů a vlastního pozorování. Samotná práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. Teoretická část, která vysvětluje základní pojmy, jako motivace, spokojenost, teorie motivace, stimulační prostředky a systém odměňování, sociální vztahy na pracovišti, dává podklady pro provedení analýzy v praktické části, která má zhodnotit současný systém motivace a spokojenosti pracovníků, přinést určitá doporučení pro zlepšení situace. This bachelor thesis is concerned with motivation of employees in selected organization, analysis of importance of particular motivation instruments. Analysis is based on information from anonymous questioning, face-to-face dialog and own observance. Bachelor thesis divides in two parts. Theoretical part, that explains basic terms, like motivation, satisfaction, motivation theory, stimulation means and system of remuneration, human relations at work, gives a base for analysis in practical part, that must evaluate actual system of motivation and satisfaction of employees, must give particular recommendations to get better situation.
