Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a zefektivnění systému zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek u vybraného podnikatelského subjektu. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pohledávku z právního, daňového a ekonomického hlediska. Analytická část se soustředí na analýzu systému řízení pohledávek u konkrétního podnikatele. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení systému zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis and efficiency improvement of the system for securing and collecting receivables within a selected business entity. The theoretical part of the thesis defines receivables from legal, tax and economic perspectives. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the receivables management system of a specific business entity. The output of the thesis consists of proposals aimed at improving the system for securing and collecting receivables.
