Bakalárska práca je zameraná na návrh implementácie informačného systému v neziskovej organizácií Brno For You s využitím nástrojov projektového riadenia. Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je navrhnúť projekt implementácie informačného systému pre vybranú neziskovú organizáciu so zameraním na využitie vybraných nástrojov a metód projektového riadenia. V teoretickej časti sú spracované základné pojmy z oblasti projektového riadenia. Analytická časť je zameraná na analýzu súčasného stavu organizácie, identifikácia nedostatkov a definovanie požiadaviek na informačný systém. Výsledkom práce je spracovaný plán implementácie informačného systému, ktorý umožňujú lepšie plánovanie, riadenie a kontrolu jednotlivých činností. This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the implementation of an information system in the non-profit organization Brno For You using project management tools and methods. The main objective of the thesis is to propose a project for implemention an information system for a selected non-profit organization using selected tools and methods of project management. The theoretical part of the thesis explains basic concepts of project management. The analytical part focuses on the current state of the organization, identification of shortcomings, and definition the requirements for the information system. The result of the thesis is an implementation plan of the information system using selected project management tools, which help improve the planning, management and control of project activities.
