Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá hodnotením finančnej situácie a výkonnosti spoločnosti ORLEN Unipetrol a.s., za obdobie rokov 2020 až 2024. Je rozdelená do troch častí. Prvá časť sa venuje teoretickým východiskám, vymedzuje základné pojmy a metodiky potrebné na spracovanie finančnej analýzy. V druhej, analytickej časti je bližšie predstavená spoločnosť, vykonaná samotná finančná analýza a vyhodnotenie jej výsledkov a zistení. Tretia časť priamo nadväzuje na výstupy z analytickej časti, podľa ktorých sú spracované vlastné návrhy na zlepšenie výkonnosti spoločnosti. This bachelor's thesis evaluates the financial situation and performance of ORLEN Unipetrol a.s. for the period from 2020 to 2024. It is divided into three parts. The first part covers the theoretical foundations, defining the key concepts and methodologies required for conducting a financial analysis. The second, analytical part, introduces the company in greater detail, carries out the financial analysis itself, and evaluates its results and findings. In the third part, based on the outputs of the analytical section, recommendations are presented for improving the company's performance.
