Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhy na zlepšení systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům, které souvisí s danou problematikou. Druhá část popisuje vybranou společnost a aktuálně nastavený systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V třetí části práce jsou popsány návrhy na zlepšení, které by mohly vést ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. This bachelor thesis focuses on proposals for improving the employee benefit system in a selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is dedicated to theoretical knowledge related to the given issue. The second part describes the selected company and the currently established system of employee benefits. In the third part of the thesis, proposals for improvements are described, which could lead to an increase in employee satisfaction.
