Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací Business Intelligence řešení ve společnosti TEDOM energie s.r.o. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvořit jednotné datové a reportovací prostředí, které sníží závislost na ručním zpracování dat v nástroji Microsoft Excel a zvýší konzistenci, dostupnost a auditovatelnost reportingu. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní principy Business Intelligence, datových skladů, datové integrace a reportingu. Praktická část práce analyzuje současný stav reportingu ve společnosti, identifikuje jeho klíčové nedostatky a navrhuje odpovídající řešení. Navržená architektura ZisToDWH je založena na principu ELT, využívá vícevrstvý datový sklad na platformě Microsoft SQL Server a navazující reportovací vrstvu v nástroji Power BI. Součástí práce je implementace řešení v podnikovém prostředí a jeho vyhodnocení. Výsledky ukazují, že navržené řešení přispívá k centralizaci datové logiky, automatizaci datových toků, zlepšení auditovatelnosti a rozšíření analytických možností organizace. Práce tím dokládá, že systematicky navržené BI řešení může představovat vhodný základ pro dlouhodobě udržitelný podnikový reporting a podporu rozhodování. This diploma thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a Business Intelligence solution in TEDOM energie s.r.o. The main objective is to create a unified data and reporting environment that reduces dependence on manual data processing in Microsoft Excel and improves consistency, availability, and auditability of reporting. The theoretical part defines the key concepts of Business Intelligence, data warehousing, data integration, and reporting. The practical part analyzes the current state of reporting in the company, identifies its main limitations, and proposes an appropriate solution. The proposed ZisToDWH architecture is based on the ELT approach, utilizes a multi-layer data warehouse on Microsoft SQL Server, and a reporting layer built in Power BI. The thesis includes the implementation of the solution in a corporate environment and an evaluation of its benefits. The results demonstrate improvements in data centralization, automation of data processing, auditability, and analytical capabilities. The thesis confirms that a properly designed BI solution provides a solid foundation for sustainable enterprise reporting and decision support.
