Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh systému Competitive Intelligence pro mikropodnik Dimchi, specializovaný na výrobu a prodej kimchi. Analyzuje současné způsoby získávání a využívání informací o trhu, konkurenci, zákaznících a odběratelích. Výstupem je návrh jednoduchého procesu evidence, vyhodnocování a využívání informací podporujícího rozhodování majitele podniku v podmínkách mikropodniku The bachelor thesis focuses on designing a Competitive Intelligence system for the micro-enterprise Dimchi, which specializes in producing and selling kimchi. It analyses current methods of collecting and using information about the market, competitors, customers and business partners. The output is a simple process for recording, evaluating and using information to support the owner’s decision-making in micro-enterprise conditions.
