Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu a zlepšení hospodárnosti režijních nákladů vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti manažerského a nákladového účetnictví, klasifikace nákladů a nástroje jejich vnitropodnikového řízení. Analytická část hodnotí strukturu a vývoj režijních nákladů zkoumané společnosti za období 2021–2024 po jednotlivých odpovědnostních střediscích. Třetí část práce obsahuje tři konkrétní návrhy ke snížení režijních nákladů v identifikovaných problémových oblastech s vyčíslením předpokládaných úspor. This bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis and improvement of the cost-efficiency of overhead costs at a selected company. The theoretical part defines basic concepts in the field of managerial and cost accounting, cost classification, and tools for their internal management. The analytical part evaluates the structure and development of the overhead costs of the company under review for the period 2021–2024 by individual cost centers. The third part of the paper presents three specific suggestions for reducing overhead costs in the identified problem areas, along with estimates of the expected savings.
