Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá podnikateľským plánom vývoja a implementácie informačného systému pre futbalové kluby. Teoretická časť vymedzuje poznatky z oblasti podnikateľského plánovania, športového manažmentu a informačných systémov. Praktická časť analyzuje potreby futbalových klubov, konkurenčné riešenia a možnosti uvedenia systému na trh. Výsledkom je návrh digitálneho riešenia vrátane marketingového, organizačného, technologického a finančného plánu. Práca zároveň hodnotí riziká zámeru a poukazuje na jeho trhový potenciál a ekonomickú realizovateľnosť. The bachelor thesis deals with a business plan for the development and implementation of an information system for football clubs. The theoretical part defines knowledge from business planning, sports management and information systems. The practical part analyses the needs of football clubs, competing solutions and possibilities for introducing the system to the market. The result is a proposal for a digital solution, including marketing, organisational, technological and financial plans. The thesis also evaluates the risks of the project and indicates its market potential and economic feasibility.
