Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti veřejných investičních projektů s využitím metody analýzy nákladů a užitků. Teoretická část vymezuje životní cyklus stavebního projektu, studii proveditelnosti, principy analýzy nákladů a užitků a ukazatele ekonomické efektivnosti. Praktická část je zpracována formou případové studie veřejného stavebního projektu parkovacího domu Academy Park s přilehlou venkovní plochou v Brně, na kterém je posouzena finanční a ekonomická efektivnost investice. This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic efficiency of public investment projects using the cost-benefit analysis method. The theoretical part defines the life cycle of a construction project, the feasibility study, the principles of cost-benefit analysis and the indicators of economic efficiency. The practical part is processed in the form of a case study of the public construction project of the Academy Park parking garage with the adjacent outdoor area in Brno, on which the financial and economic efficiency of the investment is assessed.
