Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku bilančních podvodů, interní kontrolní systém a metodiku včasného odhalování. Cílem práce je vytvořit rámec pro prevenci bilančních podvodů, díky kterému bude sníženo riziko manipulace s účetními informacemi a zvýšena vypovídací schopnost podniku. The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of balance sheet fraud, internal control systems and methodology for early detection. The aim of this work is to develop a framework for prevention of balance sheet fraud, which will reduce the risk of accounting information manipulation and incrase reliability of the company.
