This bachelor's thesis focuses on the study of inorganic lead halide perovskites, specifically CsPbBr3 colloidal nanocrystals, and the possibilities of their spatial patterning. These materials represent a highly promising class of semiconductors for photonic and optoelectronic applications, primarily due to their unique properties such as emission tunability and high photoluminescence quantum yield. However, a major obstacle to their integration into real-world devices is their chemical instability in polar solvents, which prevents the use of conventional lithographic techniques. Therefore, the theoretical part of the thesis analyzes unconventional patterning methods that are more gentle to the material. The practical part is then dedicated to their experimental verification with the aim of fabricating a functional optical element in the form of a Fresnel zone plate. The thesis demonstrates that the best results can be achieved using the direct electron-beam patterning method combined with the optimization of exposure parameters.
