Hlavním předmětem této bakalařské práce je návrh a zpracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu rodinného domu s provozovnou jako kadeřnictví v Hradci Králové. Navrhovaný objekt je dvoupodlažní s částečným podsklepením a je umístěn na rovinatém pozemku ve stávající zástavbě. Základním podkladem pro návrh byl územní plán obce, údaje z katastru nemovitostí, geologická mapa a předpisy dané lokality. Novostavbá je v souladu se všemi aktualně platnými právními předpisy a respektuje okolní stávající zástavbu. Rodinný dům je určen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Provozovna je navržena jako kadeřnictví. Ztežejním této práce bylo navrhnout objekt na parcele, kde se nachází podzemní voda v 1,9 metrech pod úrovní stávajícího terénu. Tato informace byla zjištěna pomocí nedalekého geologického vrtu od České geologické služby. The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation for a new single-family house with a hair salon located in Hradec Králové. The proposed building is a two-storey structure with a partial basement and is situated on a flat plot within an existing residential development. The design was based on the municipality's zoning plan, cadastral data, geological maps, and applicable local regulations. The proposed building complies with all currently valid legal requirements and respects the character of the surrounding development. The single-family house is designed for a family of four. The commercial premises are intended to be used as a hair salon. One of the key challenges of this thesis was the design of a building on a plot where the groundwater level is located 1.9 metres below the existing ground level. This information was obtained from a nearby geological borehole provided by the Czech Geological Survey.
