Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je měření a hodnocení výkonnosti podniku s cílem zkonstruovat vhodné návrhy pro zlepšení výkonnosti a finanční situace. Podkladem pro návrhy jsou výsledky finanční analýzy a slabé stránky ze SWOT analýzy pro období let 2020-2024. Práce je členěna do tří částí. V první části jsou vymezena teoretická východiska týkající se dané tematiky. Druhá část obsahuje základní údaje o zkoumaném podniku a provedenou finanční analýzu. V třetí části jsou z výsledků druhé části navržena vhodná opatření pro momentální situaci podniku. Tyto návrhy přispějí k finanční stabilitě a zvýšení celkové výkonnosti podniku prostřednictvím zrychlení obratového cyklu peněz, zvýšení rentability a optimalizace zásob. The main theme of this bachelor thesis is the measurement and evaluation of business performance, with the aim of constructing appropriate proposals for improving performance and financial stability. These proposals are based on the results of a financial analysis and weaknesses identified in a SWOT analysis for the period 2020–2024. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part defines the theoretical framework related to the topic. The second part contains basic information about the analysed company and the conducted financial analysis. In the third part, appropriate measures for the company’s current situation are proposed based on the results of the second part. These proposals will contribute to financial stability and an increase in overall business performance through the acceleration of the cash conversion cycle, increased profitability, and inventory optimisation.
