Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského plánu pro založení moderního, fitness centra v Brně na Veveří. Teoretická část definuje základy podnikání, zatímco analytická část zkoumá tržní prostředí pomocí analýz a dotazníku. Praktická část obsahuje konkrétní návrh podniku JOJO Fitness s.r.o. včetně marketingového mixu 7P a technického vybavení. Součástí je finanční plán s analýzou bodu zvratu a vyhodnocením rizik. Výsledkem je funkční podnikatelský plán, který potvrzuje, že projekt moderního fitka je v Brně ekonomicky udržitelný a provozně realizovatelný.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a business plan for establishing a modern, 24/7 fitness center in Brno's Veveří district. The theoretical part discusses theories related to entrepreneurship, whereas the analytical part assesses the market situation with analytical tools and primary research. The practical part offers bussiness plan developed for JOJO Fitness s.r.o. This section includes the 7Ps marketing mix along with technical data on the product. There is also a financial plan that includes a break-even analysis and risk evaluation. The result is a functional business plan that confirms that the modern gym project in Brno is economically sustainable and operationally feasible.
