Hlasovacie záznamy Európskeho parlamentu sú verejne dostupné, no existujúce portály neposkytujú dostatočnú podporu pre dlhodobú analýzu naprieč volebnými obdobiami, prepojenie hlasovacích dát so socioekonomickým kontextom členských štátov ani ucelený národný pohľad. Táto práca navrhuje a implementuje webovú aplikáciu, ktorá tieto nedostatky rieši integráciou dát z EP Open Data API, dokumentov z plenárnych zasadnutí a štatistických datasetov Eurostatu. Systém spracúva historické záznamy od roku 2004 a vypočítava ukazovatele kohézie, zarovnania s väčšinou Európskeho parlamentu, účasti na hlasovaniach, demografického zloženia a vážených socioekonomických metrík pre politické frakcie a členské štáty. Výsledkom je interaktívny analytický nástroj, ktorý umožňuje skúmať dlhodobý vývoj politických frakcií, národných delegácií a hlasovacieho správania v širšom hospodárskom a demografickom kontexte. Voting records of the European Parliament are publicly available, but existing portals do not provide sufficient support for long-term analysis across parliamentary terms, linking voting data with the socioeconomic context of member states, or a comprehensive national perspective. This thesis proposes and implements a web application that addresses these shortcomings by integrating data from the EP Open Data API, plenary session documents, and Eurostat statistical datasets. The system processes historical records from the year~2004 and calculates indicators of cohesion, alignment with the European Parliament majority, voting attendance, demographic composition, and weighted socioeconomic metrics for political groups and member states. The result is an interactive analytical tool that allows exploring the long-term development of political groups, national delegations, and voting behavior within a broader economic and demographic context.
