Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem optimalizace manažerského reportingu ve společnosti GHV Trading, spol. s r.o. Práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení stávajícího způsobu reportingu a vizualizace dat. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy ERP systémy, nástroje Business Intelligence a analýzy SWOT a GAP. Analytická část práce je věnována analýze využití podnikového systému ABRA tvorbě reportů pro manažerské rozhodování, jehož kvalita je následně posouzena pomocí metod SWOT a GAP analýzy. Na základě daných zjištění jsou v návrhové části rozpracovány dvě varianty řešení: implementace nativního modulu ABRA BI a nasazení externího nástroje Microsoft Power BI. Obě varianty jsou následně srovnány tak, aby mohl být představen objektivní rozhodovací rámec pro vedení společnosti. Přínosem práce je návrh automatizovaného systému reportingu, který umožní transformaci dat v reálném čase do podoby interaktivních manažerských dashboardů. This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and design of management reporting optimization within the company GHV Trading, spol. s r.o. The thesis aims to evaluate the current methods of reporting and data visualization. The theoretical part defines the concepts of ERP systems , Business Intelligence tools and SWOT and GAP analysises. The analytical part is dedicated to analyzing the utilization of the ABRA enterprise system for creating reports for management decision-making, the quality of which is subsequently assessed using SWOT and GAP analysis methods. Based on these findings, the proposal section elaborates on two solution variants: the implementation of the native ABRA BI module and the deployment of the external Microsoft Power BI tool. Both variants are then compared to provide an objective decision-making framework for the company's management. The contribution of this thesis is the design of an automated reporting system that enables real-time data transformation into interactive management dashboards.
