Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem konceptu motivačního programu pro zaměstnance analyzované společnosti. Práce obsahuje teoretická východiska v oblasti motivace, popis analyzované společnosti, analýzu jejího stávajícího motivačního programu a vlastní návrhy na jeho doplnění o vhodná řešení. Analýza probíhala pomocí empirického výzkumu, prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, jehož výsledky sloužily jako podklad pro návrhovou část práce. V závěru práce jsou zmíněna navrhovaná opatření, mezi která patří zavedení cestovního kreditového systému, bonusový den volna, možnost práce z domova po návratu ze zahraniční pracovní cesty a zavedení flexibilní pracovní doby. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on a proposal of a concept of a motivational program for employees of the analyzed company. The thesis presents theoretical concepts of motivation, introduces the analyzed company, and analysis its current motivational programme. Based on the analysis the author presents own proposals for the enhancement with a suitable solutions. The analysis was carried out using empirical research, through a survey questionnaire. The results served as a basis for the proposal part of the thesis. The conclusion of the thesis mentions the proposed measures, including the introduction of a travel credit system, a bonus day off, the possibility of working from home after returning from a foreign business trip, and the introduction of flexible working hours.
