Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na téma financování developerských projektů. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí – teoretické části, analýzy současného stavu a praktické části. V první části jsou představeny základní pojmy a teoretická východiska potřebná k pochopení dané problematiky. Druhá část je zaměřena na analýzu realitního a hypotečního trhu. Třetí část představuje praktickou část práce, ve které je navržen způsob financování konkrétního projektu a následně stanovena jeho rentabilita. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the topic of financing development projects. The thesis is divided into three parts — the theoretical section, the analysis of the current situation, and the practical section. The first part introduces the basic concepts and theoretical foundations necessary for understanding the issue. The second part focuses on an analysis of the real estate and mortgage markets. The third part represents the practical section, in which a method of financing a specific project is proposed, followed by an evaluation of the project’s profitability.
