Obsahem této bakalářské práce je využití metod projektového managementu v praxi. První část práce je věnována teoretickému pozadí projektu. Jsou zde popsány fáze projektu, metody při něm využité a ostatní důležité informace. Ve druhé části je práce zaměřena na popis státní instituce ABC, pro kterou je projekt realizován, a také na popis dodavatelské společnosti, která projekt realizuje. Zároveň, je ve druhé části popsán stav před realizací projektu, tedy popis původního systému, a také důvody, proč je potřeba vývoj nového systému řízení identit v ČR. Třetí a zároveň hlavní část této práce je věnována návrhovému řešení projektu. V této části jsou využity nástroje projektového managementu pro realizaci samotného projektu XYZ. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce je komplexní návod pro řízení projektu XYZ, který může být vyučit pro vývoj podobných projektů v budoucnu. The content of this bachelor thesis is the use of project management methods in practice. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical background of the project. It describes the phases of the project, methods of used in it and other important information. The second part of the thesis focuses on the description of the government institution ABC, for which the project is implemented, and the description of the contractor company that implements the project. At the same time, the second part describes the situation before the project implementation, therefore a description of the old system, and the reasons why the development of a new identity management system in the country is needed. The third and main part of this thesis is devoted to the design solution of the project. In this part, project management tools are used to implement the XYZ project itself. The result of this bachelor thesis is a comprehensive guide for the management of the XYZ project, which can be used to develop similar projects in the future.
