Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením energetické náročnosti budovy základní školy. Součástí práce je zpracování průkazu energetické náročnosti budovy stávajícího stavu objektu, návrh energeticky úsporných opatření a jejich energetické a ekonomické vyhodnocení. Navržené varianty jsou zaměřeny především na úpravu obálky budovy, modernizaci technických systémů a využití obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Výsledkem práce je výběr nejvhodnější varianty pro zpracování průkazu energetické náročnosti budovy. This bachelor's thesis deals with the energy performance assessment of a primary school building. The thesis includes the preparation of an energy performance certificate (EPC) for the building's current state, the proposal of energy-saving measures, and their subsequent energy and economic evaluation. The proposed variants focus primarily on building envelope modifications, the modernization of technical systems, and the utilization of renewable energy sources. The result of the thesis is the selection of the most suitable variant for preparing the building's EPC.
