Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a návrh optimalizace procesů spojených s tvorbou reportů pro management v rámci oddělení logistiky společnosti Bosch Rexroth s.r.o. Teoretická část práce vymezuje roli logistiky v moderním podniku, principy Logistiky 4.0 a význam ERP systémů, zejména systému SAP, jakožto klíčového zdroje dat. Práce dále rozebírá teorii datového managementu, architekturu relačních databází a principy ETL procesů. Analytická část práce je věnována detailní analýze stávajících procesů sběru a zpracování dat. V rámci této analýzy jsou identifikována kritická místa současného stavu, především vysoký podíl manuální administrativy při extrakci dat z transakcí jako /MD04 či /MB51. Praktickým přínosem práce je návrh částečně automatizovaného modelu využívajícího SQL databázi a prostředí Power BI, který zefektivňuje tvorbu manažerských výstupů a snižuje časovou náročnost operativ. Práce dále v rámci budoucího rozvoje navrhuje integraci moderních nástrojů jako Azure Data Factory a SSIS pro dosažení plné automatizace a vytvoření jediného zdroje pravdy (SSOT). Implementace těchto opatření vede ke zpřesnění podkladů pro strategické řízení logistiky a eliminaci chybovosti lidského faktoru. This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and proposed optimization of processes associated with the creation of management reports within the logistics department of Bosch Rexroth s.r.o. The theoretical part defines the role of logistics in a modern enterprise, the principles of Logistics 4.0, and the significance of ERP systems, particularly SAP, as a key data source. Furthermore, the thesis discusses data management theory, relational database architecture, and the principles of ETL processes. The analytical part is dedicated to a detailed analysis of current data collection and processing methods. Within this analysis, critical bottlenecks of the current state are identified, primarily the high share of manual administration during data extraction from transactions such as /MD04 or /MB51. The practical contribution of the thesis is a proposal for a semi-automated model utilizing a SQL database and the Power BI environment, which streamlines the creation of management outputs and reduces operational time requirement. Furthermore, as part of future development, the thesis proposes the integration of modern tools such as Azure Data Factory and SSIS to achieve full automation and establish a Single Source of Truth (SSOT). The implementation of these measures leads to more precise data for strategic logistics management and the elimination of human error.
