Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zaměstnaneckých benefitů, především na jejich účetní a daňová specifika. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základní pojmů týkající se tématu. Podstatou analytické části je analýza a porovnání systémů zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve dvou stavebních bytových družstvech a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci SBD Réna. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou formulována doporučení vedoucí k efektivnějšímu nastavení systému benefitů. The bachelor´s thesis is focused on employee benefits, particularly on their accounting and tax specifics. The theoretical part defines the key concepts related to the topic. The analytical part consists of an analysis and comparison of employee benefit systems in two construction housing cooperatives and evaluates a questionnaire survey conducted among employees of SBD Réna. Based on the findings, recommendations are formulated to improve the effectiveness of the employee benefits system.
