Navržené konstrukční uzly byly nejprve otestovány metodou rychlého prototypování pomocí 3D tisku a následně úspěšně implementovány do reálného výrobního prostředí.
This master's thesis focuses on the complex innovation of a robotic cell at Schaeffler Production CZ s.r.o. to enable the production of a new type of component while maintaining existing production capabilities. The core of the work consists of three design projects. These include an end effector for a KraussMaffei cartesian robot, which had to meet strict spatial requirements for part extraction from an opened injection mold, next are universal shaped jaws for a KUKA six-axis robot allowing for the handling of both moldings and shaped trays and finally, the design of end stops for precise part positioning on a conveyor. The solution also includes the innovation and integration of selected sensor elements, where two variants for tool identification and part presence detection were compared using multi-criteria analysis. The proposed design units were first tested using the 3D printing rapid prototyping method and subsequently successfully implemented into the real production environment.
