Bakalářská práce se zabývá stávajícím stavem poznání nakládání s komunálními odpadními vodami v krasových oblastech, které se vyznačují vysokou zranitelností podzemních vod a minimální samočisticí schopností. Cílem práce je zhodnotit vhodnost používaných technologií čištění odpadních vod a posoudit, zda platné legislativní a technologické požadavky zajišťují dostatečnou ochranu krasového kolektoru. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku krasového prostředí, standardní složky komunálního znečištění a vybrané organické mikropolutanty, včetně přehledu české a evropské legislativy. Praktická část analyzuje současný a plánovaný stav nakládání s odpadními vodami v CHKO Moravský kras a porovnává centralizované a decentralizované systémy čištění. Práce poukazuje na omezenou vhodnost některých decentralizovaných řešení v krasových oblastech a zdůrazňuje význam stabilního a technologicky řízeného čištění, zejména z hlediska odstraňování živin a mikropolutantů. Výsledky práce přispívají k diskusi o ochraně vodních zdrojů v citlivých krasových územích.
This bachelor’s thesis examines the current state of the art in municipal wastewater management in karst areas, which are characterized by high vulnerability of groundwater and very limited natural self-purification capacity. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the suitability of wastewater treatment technologies and to assess whether current legislative and technological requirements provide sufficient protection of the karst aquifer. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the karst environment, standard components of municipal pollution, and selected organic micropollutants, including an overview of Czech and European water legislation. The practical part analyses the current and planned wastewater management in the Moravian Karst Protected Landscape Area and compares centralized and decentralized treatment systems. The thesis highlights the limited suitability of certain decentralized solutions in karst areas and emphasizes the importance of stable, technologically controlled treatment processes, particularly with respect to nutrient and micropollutant removal. The results contribute to the discussion on effective groundwater protection in sensitive karst regions.
