Cílem této práce je navrhnout, zhotovit a otestovat jednotku, která je určena pro ověření funkce analogových a digitálních periferií testovaného zařízení. Na začátku práce je čtenář seznámen s různými druhy a způsoby testování elektronických zařízení. Ve druhé části jsou srovnávány jednotky pro sběr dat, které jsou dostupné na trhu. Třetí část shrnuje požadované vlastnosti pro navrhovanou jednotku a popisuje její dílčí bloky. Čtvrtá část popisuje realizaci jednotky, která je v páté části otestována. The aim of this thesis is to design, build and test a unit intended for verifying the function of analog and digital peripherals of the tested device. At the beginning of the thesis, the reader is introduced to various types and methods of testing electronic devices. The second part compares data acquisition units available on the market. The third part summarizes the required properties for the proposed unit and describes its sub-blocks. The fourth part describes the implementation of the unit, which is tested in the fifth section.
