Obsahom bakalárskej práce je využitie nástrojov projektového managementu v procese implementácie produktu druhého lekárskeho názoru spoločnosťou Diagnose.me pre nového partnera GPI Holding. Práca je členená na teoretickú, analytickú a návrhovú časť. Teoretická časť sa venuje vysvetleniu kľúčových pojmov nevyhnutných pre následné spracovanie projektu. Analytická časť obsahuje charakteristiku prostredia spoločnosti, opis fungovania služby a definovanie požiadaviek na riešenie. V návrhovej časti je spracovaný konkrétny plán projektu s využitím vybraných nástrojov a metód projektového managementu. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the application of project management tools in the process of implementing a second medical opinion product by Diagnose.me for new partner GPI Holding. The thesis is structured into theoretical, analytical, and proposal sections. The theoretical section explains key concepts essential for the subsequent project development. The analytical section includes a characterization of the company’s environment, a description of how the service operates, and the definition of requirements for the proposed solution. The proposal section presents a specific project plan utilizing selected project management tools and methods.
