Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou přeměn obchodních společností. Teoretická část práce vymezuje právní, účetní a daňové souvislosti přeměn obchodních společností. Druhá část práce analyzuje proces vnitrostátní fúze sloučením se změnou právní formy mezi vybranými obchodními společnostmi. Závěrečná část práce hodnotí dopady fúze na zúčastněné společnosti a porovnává varianty realizace změny právní formy. The diploma thesis examines the issue of corporate transformations. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the legal, accounting and tax aspects related to corporate transformations. The second part of the thesis analyses the process of a domestic merger by acquisition with a change of legal form between selected companies. The final part of the thesis evaluates the impacts of the merger on the participating companies and compares the options for implementing the change of legal form.
