Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na tvorbu vnitropodnikové směrnice pro společnost VILLA UDANAX s.r.o. V první části jsou vymezena teoretická východiska týkající se účetnictví, vnitropodnikových směrnic a oblasti odměňování zaměstnanců. Druhá část práce obsahuje představení společnosti, její analýzu a zhodnocení současného stavu vnitropodnikových směrnic. V závěrečné části práce je na základě zjištěných poznatků vytvořen nový komplexní návrh vnitřního mzdového řádu. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the creation of an internal company directive for VILLA UDANAX s.r.o. The first part defines the theoretical foundations concerning accounting, internal company directives, and employee remuneration. The second part presents the company, its analysis, and an assessment of the current state of internal company directives. In the final part of the thesis, a new comprehensive proposal for an internal wage regulation is developed based on the findings.
