Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením ekonomické situace Zemědělského družstva XXX v období 2019-2024. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se věnuje teoretickým východiskům, které zahrnují základní pojmy v oblasti strategické a finanční analýzy. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu podniku, kde jsou poznatky z teorie aplikovány na konkrétní data. Na konci druhé části je provedeno shrnutí výsledků jednotlivých analýz. Závěrečná část práce představuje návrhy, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení ekonomické situace podniku. This Bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of an agricultural cooperative’s economic situation during the 2019-2024 period. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is concerned with theoretical background, which include basic terms in the fields of strategic and financial analysis. The second part comprises an analysis of the current state of the holding, where is theoretical knowledge applied to real data. A summary of the results of each analysis is to be found at the end of the second part. The final part presents proposals that could lead to an improvement of the economic situation of the holding.
