Integráciu so systémom Loxone zabezpečuje protokol WebSocket.
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a smart satellite node for the Home Assistant home automation ecosystem powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE). The device is built around the ESP32-S3 microcontroller and combines a pyroelectric PIR sensor with a 24 GHz mmWave radar for reliable human presence detection, including static scenarios. An I2S MEMS microphone enables on-device wake-word detection and local transcription of voice commands, completely eliminating the need to stream audio recordings to the cloud. The hardware is realized with a custom printed circuit board. The firmware is developed using the ESPHome framework. Integration with the Loxone home automation system is handled through the WebSocket protocol. The functionality of the prototype was experimentally verified and the identified issues are documented as input for the next revision.
