Předmětem bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového domu. Navrhovaná stavba má pět nadzemních podlaží a je částečně podsklepena v přední části domu. Ubytovací kapacita je 40 osob. Konstrukční systém je zděný v nadzemních podlažích a prvky z železobetonu kontaktně zateplen. Stěny suterénu jsou řešeny jako železobetonové. Dům má plochou střechu. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The proposed building consists of five above-ground floors and consists of partially basement in the front section. The accommodation capacity is 40 people. The structural system is designed as masonry for above-ground floors combined with reinforced concrete elements, using an external thermal insulation composite system. The basement walls are designed as reinforced concrete structures. The building features a flat roof.
