Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace ve stavebnictví se zaměřením na vztah mezi hlavním dodavatelem a subdodavateli. Cílem je analyzovat komunikační procesy na stavebním projektu, identifikovat problematická místa v informačních tocích a navrhnout opatření pro jejich zefektivnění. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové pojmy projektového řízení, typologii komunikačních nástrojů a specifika dodavatelských řetězců. V praktické části je provedena případová studie projektu „I/44 Bludov – obchvat“. Analýza vychází z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zúčastněnými subjekty. Zjištěné výsledky poukazují na problematické aspekty, jakými jsou zdlouhavá smluvní vyjednávání, informační přetížení pracovníků a technologická nejednotnost při vedení stavební evidence. V závěru práce jsou formulována doporučení pro implementaci sdíleného datového prostředí (CDE) a zavedení strategického řízení subdodavatelů. This Bachelor thesis deals with communication issues in the construction industry, focusing on the relationship between the main contractor and subcontractors. The aim is to analyse the communication processes on the construction project, identify bottlenecks in information flows and design measures to streamline them. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the key concepts of project management, the typology of communication tools and the specificities of supply chains. In the practical part is carried out a case study of the project „I/44 Bludov - bypass“. The analysis is based on semi-structured interviews with stakeholders. The results found highlight problematic aspects such as lengthy contract negotiations, information overload of workers and technological inconsistency in the keeping of building records. At the end of the work, recommendations are formulated for the implementation of the common data environment (CDE) and the introduction of strategic management subcontractors.
