Uvedená diplomová práca predstavuje koncepčný návrh nízkonákladového, hardvérovo modulárneho podvodného dronu. Základom návrhu je konštrukcia zo závitových tyčí, ktorá spája funkcie nosného rámu, montážnych líšt a napínacích prvkov tesnení do jedného systému štandardných spojovacích prvkov, umožňujúcich premiestňovanie a výmenu vonkajších a vnútorných komponentov bez nutnosti modifikácie hlavnej konštrukcie. Všetky navrhnuté konštrukčné a tesniace prvky boli vyrobené pomocou FDM 3D tlače z PETG a pomocou laserovej rezačky z akrylátu. Pohonný system používa šesť pohonných jednotiek v konfigurácii s horizontálnym uhlom 30°, ktorej voľba je odôvodnená kvantitatívne analýzou konfiguračnej matice pohonných jednotiek. Softvérová architektúra je postavená na open source riešeniach ArduSub, BlueOS a Cockpit. Podstatná časť prototypu bola zostavená a validovaná paralelne s návrhom. Konštrukčné prvky, elektronika a softvérové vybavenie boli integrované do prototypu dronu a navrhnuté 3D tlačené príruby boli otestované pri tlaku 5 bar bez mechanického poškodenia.
This thesis presents the conceptual design of a low cost, hardware modular underwater drone. The vehicle is built around a threaded rod backbone that consolidates the structural skeleton, the component mounting rail, and the o-ring seal tensioner into a single set of standard fasteners, allowing external and internal components to be repositioned, removed, or replaced without modifying the primary structure. All custom structural and sealing parts are produced using consumer grade FDM 3D printing in PETG and laser cut cast acrylic. The propulsion system uses six vectored thrusters in a layout with a 30° horizontal mounting angle, a choice that is justified quantitatively through analysis of the thruster configuration matrix. The software architecture builds on the open source ArduSub, BlueOS, and Cockpit stack. A substantial portion of the prototype was built and validated in parallel with the design work. The structural components, electronics, and software were integrated into the drone prototype, and the 3D printed flanges were tested at a pressure of 5 bar without sustaining any mechanical damage.
