Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá meraním a hodnotením výkonnosti spoločnosti EKOL, spol. s r.o. v rokoch 2020 až 2024. Práca je rozdelená do troch hlavných častí. Teoretická časť vymedzuje základné pojmy, zdroje a metódy finančnej analýzy. Analytická časť aplikuje vybrané ukazovatele na účtovné výkazy spoločnosti a porovnáva ich s odborovým priemerom. Záverečná časť obsahuje konkrétne návrhy opatrení formulované na základe zistených výsledkov, ktoré smerujú k zlepšeniu finančnej situácie podniku. This bachelor thesis deals with the measurement and evaluation of the performance of EKOL, spol. s r.o. between 2020 and 2024. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, data sources and methods of financial analysis. The analytical part applies selected indicators to the company's financial statements and compares them with the industry average. The final part contains specific proposals based on the findings, aimed at improving the financial situation of the company.
