Diplomová práce se zabývá komparací tradičních a moderních metod hodnocení výkonnosti podniku a jejich aplikací na vybraný podnikatelský subjekt. Cílem práce je na základě výsledků této komparace navrhnout soubor nápravných opatření směřujících ke zvýšení výkonnosti společnosti Ademco CZ s.r.o. ve sledovaném období let 2020–2024. Teoretická část práce vymezuje přístupy tradiční a moderní analýzy řízení hodnoty. V analytické části jsou tyto metodiky aplikovány na reálná data zkoumané společnosti. Závěrečná část popisuje návrhy na zlepšení zjištěných nedostatků společnosti. This master's thesis deals with the comparison of traditional and modern methods of corporate performance evaluation and their application to a selected business entity. The aim of the thesis is, based on the results of this comparison, to propose a set of corrective measures aimed at increasing the performance of the company Ademco CZ s.r.o. during the analyzed period of 2020–2024. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the approaches of traditional and modern value-based management analysis. In the analytical part, these methodologies are applied to the real data of the examined company. The final part describes proposals for addressing the identified shortcomings of the company.
