Bakalářské práce s tématem Bytový dům Nové Pole zpracovává projektovou dokumentaci na úrovni provádění stavby. Objekt se nachází na jednom ze sídlišť Vysokého mýta v městské části Pražské předměstí. Objekt je situován na mírně svažitém pozemku. Okolní zástavbu představují ze západu bytové domy o 6 nadzemních podlažích, ze severu a východu novostavby rodinných domů, z jihu garáže a ze severozápadu a západu pak nezastavěná pole s dalšími plánovanými bytovými domy. Hlavní účelem bylo poskytnutí pohodlného a dosažitelného bydlení pro mladé rodiny s dětmi. Jedná se o bytový dům o třech nadzemních podlažích a jedním podzemním. V bytovém domě se nachází celkem 8 bytových jednotek, sklepní kóje a technické zázemí domu. První a druhé patro tvoří byty 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk, třetí patro tvoří dva byty 3+kk. S hlavním vchodem z jižní strany. Svislé nosné i nenosné konstrukce tvoří keramické tvárnice. Celý objekt je zateplen certifikovaným kontaktním zateplením ETICS. Objekt je založen na základová desce z železobetonu. Základy budou zalomovány do třech výškových úrovní. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou železobetonové monolitické. Zastřešení objektu je navrženo jako jednoplášťová plochá střecha a jednoplášťová plochá zelená střecha. The building is located in one of the housing estates of Vysoké Mýto in the Prague Suburb district. The building is situated on a slightly sloping plot. The surrounding buildings are represented by apartment buildings with 6 floors from the west, new family houses from the north and east, garages from the south, and undeveloped fields with other planned apartment buildings from the northwest and west. The main purpose was to provide comfortable and affordable housing for young families with children. It is an apartment building with three above-ground floors and one underground. The apartment building has a total of 8 residential units, a cellar and technical facilities of the house. The first and second floor consists of apartments 1 + kk, 2 + kk, 3 + kk, the third floor consists of two apartments 3 + kk. With the main entrance from the south side. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are made up of ceramic blocks. The whole building is insulated certified ETICS contact insulation. The building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab. The foundations will be bent into three height levels. The horizontal structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. Roofing of the building is designed as a single-skin flat roof and a single-skin flat green roof.
