Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem otopné soustavy a volbou optimálního zdroje tepla pro novostavbu bytového domu v lokalitě Řečany nad Labem. Cílem práce je na-vrhnout energeticky efektivní a legislativně vyhovující systém vytápění s využitím ob-novitelných zdrojů energie a tepelného čerpadla jako primárního zdroje tepla. V teore-tické části je pozornost věnována vývoji legislativy, tepelných čerpadel a zmíněna je i problematika návrhu otopné soustavy s TČ. Výpočtová část obsahuje kontrolovatelný výpočet, požadovaných veličin, na jejichž základě je navržena otopná soustava. Závě-rečná část se věnuje technické zprávě. Výsledkem by měl být funkční návrh otopné soustavy a vypracování projektové dokumentace na základě platné legislativy. This Bachelor thesis deals with the design of the heating system and the choice of the optimal heat source for a new-build apartment building in the locality of Řečany nad Labem. The aim of the work is to cast an energy-efficient and legislatively compliant heating system using renewable energy sources and a heat pump as the primary heat source. In the theoretic part, attention is paid to the development of legislation, heat pumps and the issue of the design of a heating system with a heat pump is also menti-oned. The calculation part contains a controllable calculation, of the required quan-tities on the basis of which the heating system is designed. The wind-up section is de-voted to the technical report. The result should be a functional design of the heating system and the development of project documentation based on the applicable legis-lation.
