Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Věnuje se objasnění pojmů souvisejících se zaměstnáváním pracovníků, včetně důležitosti motivace a odměňování. Popisuje konkrétní příklady zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich daňové dopady z pohledu zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance. Zaměřuje se na analýzu benefitního systému v konkrétní společnosti a obsahuje návrhy na úpravy v poskytování benefitů. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits. It focuses on clarifying concepts related to the employment of workers, including the importance of motivation and remuneration. It describes specific examples of employee benefits and their tax implications from the perspective of both the employer and the employee. It focuses on the analysis of the benefit system in a specific company and contains proposals for adjustments in the provision of benefits.
