Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a posouzením informačního systému. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikovat slabá místa v aktuálním nastavení systému v prostředí nástroje Jira. Teoretická část práce definuje klíčové pojmy z oblasti informačních systémů, bezpečnosti dat a metodiky řízení projektů. V analytické části jsou aplikovány strategické analýzy SWOT, VRIO a PESTEL doplněné o hodnocení pomocí nástroje ZEFIS. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou v závěrečné části formulovány konkrétní návrhy zaměřené na optimalizaci firemních procesů, posílení ochrany know-how a technické zabezpečení systému. Navržená opatření jsou doplněna o ekonomické zhodnocení, které potvrzuje jejich rentabilitu a přínos pro další rozvoj podniku. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis and assessment of an information system. The main objective of the thesis is to identify weaknesses in the current system configuration, particularly within the Jira environment. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to information systems, data security, and project management methodologies. The analytical part applies strategic analyses such as SWOT, VRIO, and PESTEL, complemented by an assessment using the ZEFIS tool. Based on the identified shortcomings, the final section formulates specific proposals aimed at optimizing business processes, strengthening the protection of know-how, and enhancing the technical security of the system. The proposed measures include an economic evaluation, which confirms their cost-effectiveness and their contribution to the further development of the company.
