Zadáním diplomové práce je revitalizace historického jádra obce a nové funkční využití a obnova renesančního zámku ve Velkých Němčicích. Předmětem práce bylo vypracování architektonické studie obnovy objektu zámku a návrhu areálu navazujícího na řešený objekt. Návrh se zaměřuje na obnovu historických hodnot území, zlepšení veřejných prostranství a vytvoření kvalitního prostředí pro obyvatele i návštěvníky obce. Řešení zahrnuje úpravu náměstí, prostoru kolem kostela a navazujících ploch, doplnění zeleně, nová pěší propojení a vytvoření pobytových míst. Renesanční zámek, který tvoří významnou dominantu obce, se v návrhu proměňuje v multifunkční objekt s novým využitím pro veřejnost. V objektu se nachází kavárna, obřadní místnost, prostory pro spolky, obecní úřad a pronajímatelné prostory ve sklepě. Návrh památkové obnovy usiluje o zvýraznění původních renesančních hodnot objektu, odstranění nevhodných novodobých zásahů a přiblížení zámku jeho možné historické podobě s vnitřním nádvořím a pavlačí. Nově navržené atrium a další současné zásahy jsou řešeny moderním architektonickým výrazem, který jasně odlišuje nové konstrukce od historických částí objektu. The aim of this diploma thesis is the revitalization of the historic center of the village and the restoration and new functional use of the Renaissance château in Velké Němčice. The thesis focuses on the architectural study of the château restoration and the design of the surrounding area connected to the building. The proposal focuses on restoring the historical values of the area, improving public spaces, and creating a better environment for residents and visitors. The design includes the revitalization of the square, the area around the church and nearby public spaces, the addition of new greenery, new pedestrian connections, and new places for rest and social activities. The Renaissance château, which is an important landmark of the village, is transformed into a multifunctional public building with new uses for the community. The building includes a café, a ceremonial hall, spaces for local associations, municipal offices, and rentable spaces in the basement. The restoration proposal aims to highlight the original Renaissance character of the château, remove unsuitable modern additions, and bring the building closer to its possible historical form with an inner courtyard and gallery walkway. The newly designed atrium and other new interventions use a modern architectural style that clearly distinguishes the new structures from the historical parts of the building.
