Táto práca sa zameriava na meranie exekutívnych funkcií a ich subdomén, ktoré predstavujú kľúčovú oblasť ľudských neurokognitívnych schopností. Hlavným cieľom je navrhnúť a vyvinúť mobilnú aplikáciu poskytujúcu digitálnu formu vybraných neuropsychologických testov. Aplikácia zahŕňa Wisconsin Card Sorting Test na hodnotenie reakcie na spätnú väzbu a kognitívnej flexibility, Tower of London úlohu na hodnotenie rozhodovania a plánovania a Knox’s Cube Test na meranie pracovnej pamäti a inhibície. Tieto funkcie sú nevyhnutné v každodennom živote, vrátane riešenia problémov, učenia, ako aj tvorby cieľov a ich realizácie. Výsledný nástroj poskytuje praktický a efektívny spôsob hodnotenia exekutívnych funkcií a má potenciál podporiť výskumnú aj klinickú prax. Môže pomôcť klinickým pracovníkom identifikovať vzorce kognitívnych silných a slabých stránok, čím prispieva k efektívnejšiemu hodnoteniu a diagnostike. Testovanie systému bolo realizované na vzorke 15 účastníkov. Výsledky naznačujú, že systém poskytuje konzistentné a zmysluplné výsledky hodnotenia, ktoré zachytávajú rozdiely vo výkone používateľov. Spätná väzba od účastníkov ukázala, že aplikácia je intuitívna a ľahko použiteľná, s jasnými inštrukciami a zrozumiteľnými výsledkami. This thesis focuses on measuring executive functions and their subdomains, which represent a key domain of human neurocognitive abilities. The main objective is to design and develop a mobile application providing a digital gamification of selected neuropsychological tests. The application includes the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test for assessing responding to feedback and cognitive flexibility, the Tower of London task for evaluating decision making and planning, and the Knox’s Cube Test for measuring working memory and inhibition. These functions are essential in everyday life, including problem solving, learning, as well as goal formation and execution. The resulting tool provides a practical and efficient way to assess executive functions and has the potential to support both research and clinical practice. It can assist clinical practitioners in identifying patterns of cognitive strengths and weaknesses, contributing to more effective assessment and diagnosis. User testing with 15 participants was used to evaluate the system. Results suggest that it provides consistent and meaningful assessment outcomes that capture differences in user performance. Feedback from participants indicated that the application is intuitive and easy to use, with clear instructions and understandable results.
