Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na formulaci strategie vstupu společnosti NC Line a.s. na švédský trh v segmentu zakázkového zpracování plechů. Vychází ze strategické a finanční analýzy podniku za období 2019–2024 a identifikuje vysokou koncentraci zákaznického portfolia jako hlavní strategické riziko. Návrhová část obsahuje strategický rámec s pěti SMART cíli, volbu formy vstupu, marketingový mix, finanční plán ve dvou variantních scénářích s hodnocením návratnosti investice metodami NPV a IRR, management rizik a implementační harmonogram. This master's thesis focuses on the formulation of NC Line a.s.'s strategy for entering the Swedish market in the sheet metal contract manufacturing segment. It is based on a strategic and financial analysis of the company for the period 2019–2024 and identifies high customer portfolio concentration as the main strategic risk. The proposal section contains a strategic framework with five SMART goals, the choice of market entry mode, a marketing mix, a financial plan in two variant scenarios with investment return evaluation using NPV and IRR methods, risk management, and an implementation schedule.
