Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů, analyzuje jejich účetní a daňové dopady ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení pojmu zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich klasifikaci a představuje jednotlivé benefity. Praktická část analyzuje současný systém benefitů ve společnosti. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na spokojenost zaměstnanců s nabízenými benefity. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou vypracovány návrhy vedoucí k optimalizaci systému. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits and analyses their accounting and tax impacts in a selected company. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of employee benefits, their classification, and the presentation of individual types of benefits. The practical part analyses the current employee benefit system within the company. The thesis also includes a questionnaire survey aimed at evaluating employee satisfaction with the provided benefits. Based on the findings obtained, proposals for the optimization of the benefit system are developed.
