This bachelor’s thesis examines project and people management in the gaming industry. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate how a selected game studio manages its development, identify key challenges, and propose solutions. The theoretical section explains the fundamentals of management and demonstrates why flexible (agile) methods work better in game development than traditional rigid planning. The practical section then examines a specific studio and identifies its greatest obstacles.
