Předmětem diplomové práce bude zpracování návrhu nové synagogy v Jablonci nad Nisou formou architektonické studie. Zadáním bude návrh nové synagogy spolu s prostory pro kosher restauraci, administrativu, knihovnu a dále možnost návrhu židovského muzea nebo prostoru pro malou nedělní školu. Celkový návrh se bude odehrávat na poměrně malé zastavěné ploše. Myšlenkou konceptu bude snaha o obnovení dialogu mezi soukromým a veřejným (otevřenost vs. uzavřenost židovské komunity), vzájemné propojení jednotlivých funkcí a vytvoření funkčního celku pro potřeby židovské obce, který bude zároveň komunikovat s veřejností. Součástí komplexu bude kromě nově navržené synagogy komunitní centrum, muzeum židovské kultury, košer restaurace, administrativa židovské obce, knihovna, společenská a edukační místnost, a také rituální lázně mikve. Koncept bude rozdělen do čtyř samostatných objektů, které budou vzájemně propojeny. Všechny čtyři objekty budou na sebe navázány nejen prostřednictvím funkcí, které budou zastupovat, ale i svým umístěním na pozemku. Částečně budou kopírovat zakřivení parcely a svým zasazením do terénu se přiblíží k vodnímu toku místní řeky, která z jižní strany vymezuje celé řešené území. The subject of the diploma thesis will be the design of a new synagogue in Jablonec nad Nisou in the form of an architectural study. The assignment will involve the design of a new synagogue together with spaces for a kosher restaurant, administration offices, a library, and the possible inclusion of a Jewish museum or a small Sunday school. The overall proposal will be situated on a relatively small built-up area. The main concept will focus on restoring the dialogue between the private and the public sphere (the openness vs. closedness of the Jewish community), creating connections between the individual functions, and forming a cohesive and functional complex for the needs of the Jewish community while also engaging with the public. In addition to the newly designed synagogue, the complex will include a community center, a museum of Jewish culture, a kosher restaurant, administrative facilities for the Jewish community, a library, social and educational spaces, as well as ritual baths (mikveh). The concept will be divided into four separate interconnected buildings. These four structures will be linked not only through the functions they represent, but also through their placement on the site. They will partially follow the curvature of the plot and, through their integration into the terrain, will approach the watercourse of the local river, which defines the entire site from the southern side.
