Bakalářská práce se zabývá preferencemi a očekáváními studentů vstupujících na pracovní trh. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky související s pracovním trhem, motivací zaměstnanců, zaměstnaneckými benefity, vzděláváním a rozvojem zaměstnanců a generací Z. Analytická část vychází z dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty vysokých škol a čerstvými absolventy a hodnotí jejich pracovní preference a očekávání související se vstupem na pracovní trh. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou navržena doporučení zaměřená na flexibilní pracovní podmínky a rozvoj a vzdělávání zaměstnanců. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the preferences and expectations of students entering the labour market. The theoretical part summarizes findings related to the labour market, employee motivation, employee benefits, employee education and development, and Generation Z. The analytical part is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among university students and recent graduates and evaluates their work preferences and expectations related to entering the labour market. Based on the findings, recommendations are proposed focusing on flexible working conditions and employee development and education.
